안녕하세요 어학연수뽀개기 카페지기 툐니입니다.
아래는 캐나다 대사관으로부터 받은 공지입니다.
캐나다어학연수를 지금 준비하시는 분들은 다들 아시다시피 지난 7월1일부터 신청서의 변경과 더불어.
신체검사방식이 바뀌었었습니다.
그리고 오늘 현재 유학/취업허가증(POE)의 과정 중에 또한번의 큰 변경이 있다고 하네요.
앞으로 신청서에 기입한 전자우편(e-mail)주소로 유학허가증이 발송된다고 합니다.
학생비자(유학허가증)신청하시는 분들은 신체검사를 받을때, 그리고 유학허가서를 받을수 있는 이메일을 반드시 확인을 자주 해주셔야 할것같네요.
현재 비자를 접수해 있는 학생분들도 반드시 이 부분 체크하시어, 절대 스팸메일로 분류되지 않도록 체크해줄것을 당부드립니다.

이민 서류 접수 확인( AOR) 과 유학/취업 허가증 승인(POE) 편지 안내
2011년 7월 18일부터, 유효한 전자 메일 주소가 제공되었을 때 이민 서류접수를 확인하는 편지(AOR)와 유학/취업 허가증 승인 편지(POE)가 이 메일로 발송됩니다.
여권 원본을 제출하였거나 전자 메일 주소를 제공하지 않았거나 틀린 전자 메일 주소인 경우, AOR 또는 POE 편지를 택배로 보냅니다.
신청서에 전자메일 주소를 제공한 신청자는 캐나다 이민국(CIC)이 전자 메일 주소로 서류 또는 개인정보를 전송하는 것을 허가함을 의미합니다. 그러므로 해당 전자 메일 주소를 정기적으로 체크하시기 바랍니다. CIC에서 보내는 모든 전자 메일은 끝에 "@cic.gc.ca" 또는 “@international.gc.ca"로 되어있습니다. 여러분의 메일 프로그램에서 "수신허용-보낸 사람" 목록에 위 메일 주소를 추가하고 중요한 메일이 걸러지지 않도록 스팸 메일 폴더를 확인하시기 바랍니다. 만약 캐나다 이민국(CIC)에서 여러분의 전자메일 주소가 작동하지 않거나 존재하지 않는다고 확인되면, 우편으로 연락을 취할 것입니다.

Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) for Permanent Residence Applications and Port of Entry (POE) Letters of Introduction
As of July 18, 2011, Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) or Port of Entry (POE) letters of introduction will be issued by e-mail when a valid e-mail address has been provided.
In the case where an original passport has been submitted, no e-mail address has been provided or is incorrect, a paper AOR or POE letter of introduction will be sent by courier.
By providing an e-mail address on application form, you authorized CIC to transmit file and personal information to this specific e-mail address. Please ensure that this e-mail address is checked regularly. Any e-mails sent by CIC will end in “@cic.gc.ca” or “@international.gc.ca.” Please add these to your “safe senders” list in your e-mail program and check the junk mail folder in case important e-mails get filtered. If CIC is advised that the e-mail address provided is not functional or no longer exists, we will communicate by mail.

Accusé de réception pour les demandes de résidence permanente et lettres d’introduction au point d’entrée
À compter du 18 juillet 2011, les accusés de réception ou les lettres d’introduction au PDE seront envoyés par courriel lorsqu’une adresse de courriel valide est fournie.
Si aucune adresse de courriel n’est fournie ou si elle est inexacte, un accusé de réception ou une lettre d’introduction sur papier sera envoyé par courrier ou service de messagerie.
Lorsque vous avez inscrit votre adresse de courriel sur votre formulaire de demande, vous avez autorisé CIC à envoyer de l’information concernant votre dossier, ainsi que vos renseignements personnels, à cette adresse particulière. Veuillez vérifier régulièrement votre boîte de réception. Les messages de CIC vous seront envoyés à partir d’adresses de courriel se terminant par « @cic.gc.ca » ou « @international.gc.ca ». Veuillez ajouter ces adresses à la liste des « expéditeurs approuvés » de votre logiciel de courriel et vérifier votre dossier de courrier indésirable (« pourriels ») au cas où des courriels importants seraient filtrés automatiquement. Si CIC est informé que l’adresse de courriel que vous avez fournie ne fonctionne pas ou n’existe plus, nous communiquerons avec vous par courrier.
